Planning and Zoning Application

 All seven towns participating on the Housatonic River Commission, including Canaan, Cornwall, Kent, New Milford, North Canaan, Salisbury, and Sharon, require that the HRC be consulted with and made aware of projects impacting the river corridor. 

Should a proposed project fall within the river corridor, the Housatonic River Commission may request that the applicant attend a meeting for project approval.
